Scheduling
After receiving your request, I will contact you to schedule a 15-minute phone consultation to determine whether my services align with your needs. I may ask you to complete additional pre-assessment forms, which you will complete prior to our first visit.
Initially, I follow a consultative model where I spend 2 to 3 visits getting to know my patients. Then, through a collaboration, my patients and I develop an appointment schedule. Typically I see patients weekly for 50 minutes.
