Dr. Mukhdip Singh, MD

I am a board certified psychiatrist, who has called Oregon home for well over a decade. My journey into mental health care started in medical school and continued during my psychiatric residency training at Oregon Health and Science University. In training, I found therapy as a useful way of helping my patients reach their goals. I now diagnose and treat patients with personalized treatment plans using therapy with or without medications, or just medication management.

My primary focus is to help you better understand your life experiences, improve your day-to-day functioning, and help you develop lifelong skills to achieve your personal goals. I adopt a holistic approach, taking into account biological, psychological, and social factors that influence your mental health in an empathic and supportive environment. I can help address your anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relational challenges. Together we will work to develop skills and routines that you will continue to use even after our work together ends.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, skiing, traveling, and being outside in nature for my own wellbeing.
